TEXTILE SCULPTURES
Hardened species of textile such as cotton or silk give the sculptures their form and texture.
Lead, crocheted metal threads, cords or silk fibres add something playful to the pieces. Sometimes self woven pieces of cloth are being used.
Most of the work is abstract, but the freedom to also work figuratively brings diversity. The common denominator will always be textile.
